Slate Wall Cladding

This rock cladding is a properly-grained metamorphic rock which is obtained from sedimentary rocks of the shale type filled with primarily clay or volcanic originating materials. The foliation is not synced with the sedimentary layering and it is based on planes which are perpendicular to the compression. Expanding on this aspect is the foliation by name "slaty cleavage" which is related to strong compression and using considerably grained clay flakes to be accommodated on the aforementioned planes.

Limestone Wall Cladding

Due to the soluble nature of Limestone, especially in acid they are found in caves, pot holes, and such limestone pavements. Such structures go by the name karsts. Limestone is reduced when it comes to durability when comparing with rocks of volcanic origin but is far more durable when taking the various sedimentary rocks into account. It is present typically in hills and with the sedimentary rocks usually like clay.

Granite Wall Cladding

Coming to the terminology of the word granite, it originates from the Latin word for grain which is in reference to the grained form of the holocrystalline rocks. It is volcanic in origin comprised of 20% of quartz and 65 % of alkali feldspar.

We provide excellent variations and types of Granite Wall Cladding Stones which are acclaimed.

Sandstone Wall Cladding

This wall cladding is done to repel water and provide fortifications for the walls from the weather and plays an important role with respect to its existing form. This cladding is not featured in walls which have brickwork and masonry veneer but is incorporated with log buildings.

Marble Wall Cladding

Marble is based upon recrystallized carbonate minerals particularly calcite or dolomite. The term marble is used to refer altered limestone by geologists but on the contrary, stonemasons make use of the term particularly on unmetamorphosed limestone. It finds its use especially in sculpting
